How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Updatednumbers Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Updatednumbers Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from it. Updatednumbers Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@updatednumbers.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
